Looking to the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the PRC on 1 October, the tourist office of the regional government sent built-in tour operators in which it poses a restriction on the entry of foreigners. The directive entered into force on Sunday and will run until October 8; claims that are not organized for foreign travel and therefore do not issue the necessary permits to travel, though they may do those who have obtained before the ban.
